INTRODUCTION
Welcome to 99CPPANEL.COM (the "Portal"), a referral platform operated by Rudra Group ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portal and its services. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Portal.
ABOUT RUDRA GROUP
Rudra Group is a conglomerate engaged in various online businesses, including but not limited to:
Real Estate Online Platform (99YARD.COM)
Matrimonial Online Platform (SHADIMILAN.COM)
Online Staffing Solutions Platform (99KAAM.COM)
Online Tours & Travels Platform (99BOOKIN.COM)
Online Second-Hand Car Sale & Purchase Platform (99CARMART.COM)
RUDRA GROUP’S BUSINESSES ARE PRIMARILY DRIVEN BY REFERRALS.
99CPPANEL.COM serves as a platform to facilitate and manage these referrals. Its primary function is to register individuals interested in participating in the expansion of Rudra Group’s businesses through a structured referral system.
ELIGIBILITY
To become a member of Rudra Group through 99CPPANEL.COM, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be an Indian citizen.
Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
By registering and using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
MEMBERSHIP AND ROLES
4.1 Associate Partner (AP)
A member becomes an AP upon accumulating 5000 points through referrals made via the Portal.
4.2 Channel Partner (CP)
An AP can become a CP through one of the following methods:
Free Enrolling: 5 additional members (referred individuals) and accumulating a total of 1000 points after the initial AP registration.
Paid: Paying a one-time fee of INR 1999 (One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Rupees Only).
4.3 Other Roles
Beyond AP and CP, members can progress through additional levels within the referral system:
Regional Business Partner (RP)
Zonal Business Partner (ZP)
State Business Partner (SP)
Country Partner (CNP)
Specific requirements for attaining each level are outlined in Section 5 (Business Plan).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS
The primary goal of all members is to actively participate in the expansion of Rudra Group's online businesses by:
Enrolling new members into the Rudra Group ecosystem through the 99CPPANEL.COM platform.
Promoting Rudra Group’s online businesses through online and offline channels.
Adhering to ethical business practices and maintaining the integrity of the Rudra Group brand.
Providing accurate and truthful information when registering members and promoting services.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
EARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND REVENUE SHARING
Members can earn revenue by actively participating in the online businesses operated by Rudra Group. This participation may involve activities such as:
Listing properties on 99YARD.COM.
Registering matrimonial profiles on SHADIMILAN.COM.
Registering employers and employees on 99KAAM.COM.
Registering hotels on 99BOOKIN.COM.
Listing second-hand cars for sale on 99CARMART.COM.
For each sale generated by a member within any of Rudra Group’s businesses, the profit will be divided as follows:
50% to the Company (Rudra Group)
50% distributed amongst the member and their upline (referral chain) up to 5 levels (from CNP down to CP).

9.1 99YARD.COM (REAL ESTATE): Genuine listings, owner consent required.
9.2 SHADIMILAN.COM (MATRIMONIAL): Genuine profiles, privacy respected.
9.3 99KAAM.COM (JOB PORTAL): KYC and valid employer/employee data.
9.4 99BOOKIN.COM (TOURS & TRAVELS): Authentic hotel data, legal compliance.
9.5 99CARS (VEHICLE SALE & PURCHASE): Authentic vehicle documents needed.
FUTURE PORTALS
APs are eligible to participate in future Rudra Group portals without extra registration fees, subject to specific terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on 99CPPANEL.COM is the property of Rudra Group. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The portal is provided "as-is" without warranties. Rudra Group makes no guarantees about uninterrupted service or absence of errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rudra Group is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from portal use.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold Rudra Group harmless for any claims resulting from your use of the portal or violations of these Terms.
TERMINATION
Rudra Group may terminate access at any time without notice for violations or unethical conduct.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Terms can be updated anytime. Continued use means acceptance of revised terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms follow Indian law. Shimla courts have jurisdiction.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Shimla under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain effective.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Rudra Group regarding portal usage.
